THE SITE’S PURPOSE

Le The main purpose of this site is making it possible to everybody to know Cavalier King Charles or King Charles pedigrees (CKCS – KCS). At the moment about 71.000 Cavaliers are represented in the Cavalierdatabase and not less than 21.700 King Charles Spaniels. These information is gathered by our investigations as well as by your sendings..

During your research in this database you certainly will notice that it is not complete. That is quite normal; there are about 11.000 Cavaliers and Kings born in England eacht year and about 8.500 Cavaliers and Kings in France and Belgium, to mention just these three countries.

It is however possible, despite the thoroughness in the verifications, that errors occur. As we do not want to disturb the work that has been done , a change in the database can only be made after sending a copy of the pedigree in question, which can be sent by email to WebMaster CKCS-KCS ; see also this topic in FAQ’s.

REALISATION

As we have indicated in this index we try to collect the maximum in English Spanielpedigrees. This AENA database will be completed as far as they are available and from information we receive from all kinds of sources we consider as reliable.

Remember, every information that is not verified and/or altered could destroy a long and hard labour.

NAVIGATION

You will soon find out that every dog in the database is followed by links with further information as well as their weddings; pedigrees can be read two ways: the normal way and reverse. You can also make a “paper” wedding between two Cavaliers or Kings from this database and compare this with your breedingplans.
